One of the most important regions of Iran is Gorgan in Golestan province due to its unique characteristic archeological studies. The region has a rich and valuable history.
Old texture and its tie with new texture demonstrate a vivid image of archaeological and cultural characteristics of Gorgan. The texture has fostered religious, historical and social roles along the history. Some of the remaining buildings are back to Qajar architecture. Each texture consists of different generation’s traditions, geographical and archaeological form based on the climate features of the region.
